Masonry Calculators
Use these tools for preliminary masonry quantity planning. Actual counts depend on unit dimensions, joint thickness, openings and the supplier’s packaging.
Tools in this section
Brick Calculator
Estimate brick quantities for a wall and account for openings and waste.
Concrete Block Calculator
Estimate CMU quantities from wall dimensions, openings and block size.
Mortar Calculator
Estimate mortar volume for masonry joints and convert the result into practical quantities.
Material Cost Calculator
Combine quantity, unit price, delivery and tax to build a planning estimate.
Material Density Chart
Review approximate bulk-density values used when converting volume to weight.
Coverage Tables
Compare common material coverage assumptions before ordering.
How to use these estimates
Start with measured dimensions and the actual product specifications where available. Volume is calculated from the geometry you enter; weight is then estimated using an assumed bulk density. Packaging, moisture, grading, compaction and supplier practices can change the final quantity.
